1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the FileoHub platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must not use the service.

2. Description of Service

FileoHub is an AI-powered invoice automation SaaS platform with VERI*FACTU compliance. The service includes invoice processing, client management, analytics, and data export.

3. User Accounts

To use FileoHub, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You must use FileoHub only for lawful and legitimate purposes. It is prohibited to use the service for fraudulent activities, to process third-party data without authorisation, or for any activity that violates applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and functionality of FileoHub are the exclusive property of FileoHub or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

FileoHub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. FileoHub's maximum liability shall be limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.

7. Service Modifications

FileoHub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable prior notice. Price changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Spain.
